# What We Look For

The following parameters are sought after the DAO when considering an acquisition or investment:

* **Listed or near Listing**: the token should be tradable on the market or have a clear path to listing
* **Minimum Viable Product (MVP)**: the project should have developed valuable IP or a new product or service on digital asset reals
* **Real-World Use Case**: the project should be looking to solve a real problem that can help the industry make steps forward and not focused on speculation
* **Validated business Model**: the project should already have a community of users that are paying for products or services provided by the project
* **Multidisciplinary Team**: the team behind the projects the DAO will look for have a proven track record with a strong team in development and other key areas

Algo Capital DAO has 2 main **targets**:

1. **Growth**: projects that are pre-listing or near listing which have strong momentum and traction and need support in finding investors and scaling.
2. **Turnaround**: Listed tokens which have been impacted adversely from the bear market in 2022 and need support in adjusting the token economics to revamp the usage of the token or need stronger risk management policies.

**Submit Your Project:**

At the following link you’ll find a **checklist** where you can submit a project for review:
