Algo Capital DAO sets short term and long term milestones with its partners

Specific terms are set by the DAO on a case by case basis, however here’s a general outline of the must have for us:

  • Lockup Period: The DAO shall commit not to sell the acquired digital assets for a minimum of 12 months with vesting mechanisms that are tailor made for the specific milestones to achieve

  • Voting: By acquiring $ALGO, the investees will gain the power to influence decisions within Algo's DAO and suggest changes or opportunities.

  • Liquidity Event: The DAO commits to list the $ALGO token on a CEX / DEX within 3/5 years from 2023.
