A cornerstone for our DAO, this tool dramatically speeds up the process of matching buyers and sellers in fundraising or M&A activities. It sifts through parameters like geography, investment size, and sector to quickly generate a list of viable leads, turning what used to take days into minutes.

☑️Volume Based Vesting Smart Contract

Moving away from traditional time-based vesting, the DAO plans to develop smart contracts for a concept we call Volume Based Vesting. This approach, inspired by equity market practices, aims to release tokens based on trading volumes, helping prevent significant dilution events, especially during market downturns.

☑️Automated Hedging Smart Contract

Recognizing the acute need for risk management in crypto, we're working on a smart contract to automatically hedge against market volatility. This tool is designed to protect treasuries and investor returns during bearish cycles, addressing a critical gap in the market.
